Presentation management
Easescreen is best described as Presentation-Management-Software because it provides an easy tool to present your company in modern design and completely remote controlled at an unlimited number of  ‘Points of Visualisation’ (POVs).

Not only does easescreen enable you to centrally control the distribution of new advertisement-presentations within large branched companies, but it also provides the possibility for individual branches to change the contents of presentations locally. In addition, easescreen is suitable for medium-sized enterprises with fewer POVs at the same geographical location. Contrary to the rather inflexible solutions offered by conventional systems using VCRs or looped PowerPoint presentations, easescreen offers great possibilities in terms of design and updates.

Easescreen gives you the freedom to illustrate every type of presentation, integrate other inputs such as “Live”-TV, Teletext, radio or CD, and schedule it to run in any desired order – locally in the foyer as well as in branches hundreds of kilometres away.

Product features
* Management of the presentation flow in a calendar view (similar to Outlook), presentation events are defined and assigned in time in this flow plan.
* Creation of repeating events (daily/weekly) possible, as well as events for any “special” days in advance.
* Flow plans can be archived in any way – as entire plans, individual days or events.
* Control (on/off/switch-over) of the external output devices (projector/plasma screen...).
* Creation of “presentation lists” comprising various presentation events.
* Creation of split or “layout” screens containing presentation events/presentation lists. The screen can be completely clear and split any number of times (limited only by the POV client computer power) – a problem-free simultaneous display of various presentations is possible.
* Preset events make the creation of complex pages possible with your favorite editor (e.g. WinWord), which with the help of “place holders” can be extended with the correct content directly in EAS'EScreen.
* Controlled events can switch directly on the POV client between various “states” – in this way various content can be switched, respectively, triggered (e.g. per serial interface, GPS receiver, external interfaces).
* Complete remote control of the POV clients, no user interaction on the spot whatsoever.
* Simultaneous processing of the flow plans from various points is also possible.
* Media files (when released) can be updated (externally) by a third party.
* Monitoring of the POV client per Internet (web browser) and WAP (mobile telephone).
* Synchronization of the media files per Internet/Intranet or per DVD/CDs and cartridge disks.
* Updating of media files is also possible with “standard protocols” (FTP).
* Acoustic support, volume control/muting of the events can be individually controlled.
